Emerging technologies pose various risks such as misuse, safety and security concern; poor governance leaves vulnerabilities with global implications. This situation puts developing countries, including African states, at a crucial point as they navigate balancing benefits and managing risks. Effective governance is crucial to harnessing benefits responsibly and securing a brighter future.

Our mission is to Improve tech governance via stakeholder collaboration, reducing risks and fostering responsible tech innovation in the African region. 

Our Approach

Improving awareness of risks and governance gaps and enhancing collaboration among stakeholders for improved governance. We will achieve our solutions through:  

  •  Research and Analysis on risks and governance practices to identify gaps and opportunities for improved governance.

  • Stakeholder workshops and discussions to share findings, improve understanding, and foster knowledge.

  • Small-scale policy demonstration with stakeholders to evaluate, refine, and advance policy ideas.
